Monique Feyrecilde is the founder of Teaching Animals, the private consulting business she launched in 1999 on a simple but powerful idea: every training interaction is a reciprocal process in which both human and non-human animals are teaching and learning together. Over more than two decades, she has supported her community through clinical veterinary leadership, behavior consulting, mentoring, curriculum development, textbook authorship, and continuing education in the veterinary medicine and companion animal fields, with a focus on applied behavior science and welfare-centered care.
